  • We have several options for contacting owner Kasey Bryson! You are welcome to message her directly through Facebook, DM on the Instagram page or email her at thetwistedbranchboutique@gmail.com . She will return correspondence soon as she can! Most inquiries will be handled in less than 24 hours

Store Front Location/Hours: 

  • There is NO longer a store front location. The owner of The Twisted Branch Boutique operates from her home.

    Return/Exchange Policy:

    • We will happily refund or exchange your items in store! Customers will have 21 days to exchange or return and receive store credit. Items must in unworn/new condition. 

    • Custom made items are NON-RETURNABLE or available for exchange. A mock up of design will be provided before printing. Please LOOK over the design and check for errors at that moment. 
    • All sale items are FINAL SALE and may not be returned or exchanged. 
    Shipping:
    • Once your order is placed via my website, items will be shipped out less than 2 weeks (current production time). And sometimes this can be sooner! Shipping rates vary based on weight of purchased items. Website will give you more information upon checkout.

    Local Pick Up:

    • At checkout you have the option to select FREE “local pick up”. There are currently two options! Pickup will show as my "home address" in Lula. But this is NOT an option. Please add one of the following in your notes at pickup! Once item is ready and dropped email or text will be sent with store information and hours. 
      • Option #1- Commerce Pickup Location (Victoria Grace)
      • Option #2 - Gillsville Pickup (W.L Griffin)
